It would depend on the driver. The Challenger and the Charger of the same period were pretty darn close in specs. Win or lose, General Lee has a better horn.

Never watched Dukes of Hazard, so I couldn’t say. James Bond would beat ’em both, especially if he’s driving an Aston-Martin.
