“Rishi” Sowa built his own island out of plastic bottles wrapped in plastic fruit bags, then secured with mangrove plants.  It’s an interesting concept, even if he seems a bit…disconnected…from reality.  His “aesthetics” are also somewhat unfortunate.  It’s his second attempt — the first was destroyed by a hurricane back in 2005 — and is in a lagoon in Mexico.
